Foreman/ Journeyman Electrician

Job Description
Supervise, train and develop electricians across multiple new and ongoing projects and service calls.
Strive to ensure the highest levels of safety and quality of workmanship for every job.
Assist with recruiting and training new-hires as operations grow.
Measure, manage and improve productivity metrics within the electrical division.
Communicate and coordinate with clients, team members, other trades and suppliers to ensure that material and labor resources are utilized as efficiently as possible, WITHOUT sacrificing safety or quality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Passionate, positive, “can-do” attitude is a must.
Ability to learn and help implement new software and technologies is a must.
Qualified candidates for this position will have a good driving record, pass a criminal background check and (preferably) already have their electrician certification in California.
Ground floor opportunity with an established team of local professionals who are going places.
Wage is negotiable, ability to generate results within the framework described is what counts.

Journeyman Electrician

Job Description
A Journeyman Electrician expertly services, repairs, replaces and installs a variety of electrical systems, while maximizing lead opportunities.
You will train junior personnel, manage your project schedules, research and order your materials, coordinate with clients, generate estimates and contribute however else you can to help the rest of the team.
You will focus on technical excellence while adhering to the guiding standards of Baldwin Industrial Group.
You will strive for 100% customer satisfaction and conduct your daily activities with the highest level of honesty and integrity, while displaying a positive and professional attitude.
For this position, Baldwin Industrial Group will pay for your required continuing education; to include tuition, textbooks, software, use of a laptop, travel costs, exam preparation and licensing fees – including renewals.
Qualified candidates for this position will have a good driving record, pass a criminal background check and (preferably) already have their electrician certification in California.

Job Description
Bring a varied “general” construction skill-set to our General Contracting company to help us expand from just Electrical into the other construction trades.
Opportunity to learn electrical trade from “the” local experts.
Highest preference will be given to a candidate who has high-level drywall, texturing, painting, siding and framing skills.
Strive to ensure the highest levels of safety and quality of workmanship for every job.
Good written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Passionate, positive, “can-do” attitude is a must.
Ability to learn and use apps, smartphones, tablets, e-mail, etc. a must.
Qualified candidates for this position will have a good driving record and pass a criminal background check.

Sales Manager

Job Description
Measure, manage and improve sales metrics for existing electrical division, newly established general contracting division and upcoming Plumbing and HVAC divisions.
Generate proposals and invoices with assistance from the Operations Team.
Good written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Passionate, positive, “can-do” attitude is a must.
Ability to learn and use Microsoft Office, Windows 10, apps, smartphones, tablets, e-mail, etc. a must.
Qualified candidates for this position will have a good driving record, pass a criminal background check and (preferably) already have their Home Improvement Salesperson certification in California.
Important: Until results support a 2nd person in sales, this position will also include CSR duties (Client Service Representative) = telephone, dispatch and sales admin.

Hourly wage is based on skill-set and experience, job is expected to be full-time, actual availability of hours will depend primarily on the versatility, initiative and salesmanship of candidate.
